Terms and conditions of the Residence Hotel Da Remo.

Here you will find cancellation conditions and important information for a carefree vacation at our residence hotel in Valsugana.

Prices are per person per day with bed and breakfast treatment.
For stays less than 3 nights the price increases with 10%.
Please note that there must be added the tourist tax of 2,00€ per person per day (from 14 years and with a maximun of € 20,00) This fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly in the hotel.

Supplement apartment if occupied by 3 persons: 5€ per person per day

Reductions for children (in room with 2 adults):

0 to 2 years free
3 to 6 years -50%
6 to 12 years -30%
12 to 16 years -10%

Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15.00 Check-out before 10.00. If arrival after 19.00 please contact the reception.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed only on request and by appointment, the price for their stay is € 5.00 per day. We ask you not to use bath or bed linen for grooming. Please do not take dogs into the restaurant

No smoking
In all rooms and in the communal areas of the hotel, smoking is strictly forbidden.

Booking confirmation
For final confirmation of the reservation, we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the booked stay with a minimum of €100.00 per room plus the details of a valid credit card as guarantee.

Because of the high pin transaction costs involved in collecting foreign payments, we kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount by bank transfer or in cash.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will be retained and in case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
If the reservation concerns a special offer, the deposit will be retained and if cancelled within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged. Also in case of late arrival or early departure there is no refund or discount.

Hotel Residence Da Remo cannot be held liable for cancellations due to force majeure, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, riots, fires, wars and similar events. Such events should be covered by travel insurance. We therefore recommend that guests take out insurance to protect themselves against inconveniences due to holiday cancellations.
