Trento is a province rich in art and culture, a place full of entertainment, events and activities. You find numerous of festivals, exhibitions, concerts, shows, festivals and gastronomic events.. In the Valsugana Valley there is a place where nature becomes art. This magical place is called Arte Sella, and consists of a huge open air exhibition along the forest road from the South side of the mountain Armentera (municipality of Borgo Valsugana), true works of art made with stones, leaves, branches and trunks.
One of the many good reasons to choose for a special holiday in Valsugana is definitely the gastronomy. You can enjoy traditional cuisine and tasting the delicious typical products: cheeses, cold meats, polenta, fruit, wine, grappa and, last but not least: the mineral water of Levico Terme and Vetriolo.
In addition to the typical local cuisine, there is also the best of the great Italian culinary tradition, combined with excellent wines. Don’t forget to try the famous grappa, in one of his many, different tastes: Juniper Berry, lemon, honey, cranberry, pear etc. Absolutely to try out is the Parampampoli, characteristic drink of Valsugana, made by mixing sugar, coffee, grappa, wine and various flavors.
